Notes
Ran around the community college with Coach. Some nice trails; very hilly, but very taxing. My hip is sore from my monumental run yesterday, and I'm sure the hills didn't help. I was kind of hoping to go for about 7 miles, I needed a long, easy, run, but when you run with really fast people there's not much you can do, and 4.5 was enough. My legs were feeling like lead anyway. But it was a good workout, which I need more of. It's nice to run with other people for a change.
