Ran from Fleet Feet, through downtown, up King George, over the Naval Academy Bridge and back. It was a good run; my watch is out of commission, so I had no idea how fast I was running. On the other hand, it was nice to not worry about pace and just listen to my music and clear my mind. It was a beautiful day for running, and I definitely needed it. And I'm happy with the overall result, I would have killed to be able to run anything at under an 8 minute pace last year. It's funny how something as simple as iron can make such a profound difference in your entire running career, much less your life.
