Notes
So yeah. I was pretty tired today. Ran the warmup and was pretty much dead, but then I figured I'd try running a mile, and it didn't go over too well. I felt like I was going to pass out, and I just had to sit down afterwards because my legs were like shaking. So no cooldown. I just feel like I don't recover; I haven't really recovered from Friday, even. I think I'll probably take the day off tomorrow, depending on how I feel, but I think I might be better off getting some sleep, because I'm in desperate need of that. So yeah.
