Notes

Did another three-mile run on the treadmill, and then abs and lower body work afterward. My inner thighs were slightly tired from yesterday, which is good, because at least I know I'm working myself.

At the same time, it does feel good to drop it for a month, come back, and still be able to run 3 miles at an 8-minute pace. All along I've felt like there's something about my body that is conducive to endurance sports, and I keep having this notion demonstrated again and again. On the other hand, my iron is so low that I have to sleep 10 hours a day, at least, and I might have a malignant form of celiac disease. But whatever. It still feels good to be able to come back like that. If only I had the time to actually train.
