I don't remember what I did, but it wasn't much, because my foot was killing me. Jen thinks it's possible that part of the ligament or whatever may have snapped and retracted back to either insertion point, which would explain the lumps on both my heel and the ball of my foot. Not really seeing any improvement with my hips, which just pretty much sucks. I ended up doing mostly upper body and core work, basically nothing that involved much weightbearing. Then I ended with ultrasound to the foot and both hips, as well as massage and stretching, which is not really getting any less painful, which is not a good sign, now that I started back running again. So...yeah.
