OMG I AM SO SORE!

I wa proud of myself today, I ran with Laura Blevins, and beat her on all three of the hill intervals. It made me feel somewhat in shape. She beat me up all of the hills, but stopped right at the top, so I kept my momentum going and passed her after we crested, and then I just generally own on downhills, so that worked in my favor. But it felt really good to feel fast again.

Maybe I'm not as out of shape as I think I am. I guess I do retain fitness pretty well. But I do have really sore obliques. Working out twice a day for three days after doing nothing for three weeks is not easy at all.
