Notes
I did some mile repeats today and definitely busted them out faster than I wanted to. I was thinking of shooting for like 7:30s but ended up much master. I did the first two real quick and then the second two were a bit harder though I really tried to rein it in on those ones. Nothing felt bad, just definitely working harder than I would want on a workout like this. However, it is encouraging that I was able to bust those out as quickly as I could. I'll go full recovery tomorrow with either a slow, short run or some easy biking on the recumbent. I may take the day off completely, but we'll see.
