Notes

I went out and did a shorter loop today. And I went much faster than I realized. That may be the reason my right shin area got so tight. However, nothing else really bothered me. My left knee in the beginning took a bit to warm up but was fine afterwards. I didn't feel terribly tired, the pace was rather comfortable. I finished off with 6 strides on the rail trail and those felt pretty good too. Thursday I'm going to Leominster to get in some trails.
