Notes

I took the last two days off to try and rest my knees up a bit. It seemed to help and with other areas of my legs as well. Now, I went on the rail trail, which was pretty flat and on the slow end of my easy pace. But, I feel pretty good so that's a positive and I got in some good miles. I'll go the next few days and I think I'm going to race this Tuesday and then take a week off to really get some healing in.
