I went and ran in the forest again. My legs were feeling a little beat up from playing soccer yesterday and the trails definitely felt better. I call this a tempo run; I dropped my pace for about 11 minutes in the middle of the run. I was going at what I feel like was around 5K pace, maybe a little faster. My left foot started getting that numb feeling towards the end of the run and at the same time my groin was feeling a bit sore. I don't know if they're connected or just coincidence. I'll keep working on my calf flexibility.
