Notes
I started off the run a little wary because my right hamstring was feeling pretty tight. It loosened up and felt good after about a half mile or so in. Though towards the end of the run, maybe a mile or so, I could feel it get tight again. My left anterior tibialis was a little tight but not too bad. I actually felt pretty good for the run. And my legs are feeling less sore than usual after the run which is nice. I think I need to make sure I'm keeping the pace nice and easy and things will keep getting better.
