Got out and ran this morning. It wasn't a great run. My pace was almost at my race pace the other day which tells me that I really need to get more miles in. I need to start stretching my runs longer, getting in 5, 6, 7 miles. Maybe a 9-10 mile long run once a week or something. My legs today just felt tight and stiff for most of the run. Not much pain until the last mile or so and my knees started bothering me. I think it's from the squats yesterday but I don't know. I'll keep them sleeved up today and then make sure I loosen up a bit better tomorrow for my run.
