Lunchtime run. Didn't feel all that great.
Do you think you need to do more easy stuff? Every run but 1 since June 30th has been at a sub 8 pace. I know this isn't particularly hard for you but I'm wondering if you'd benefit from slower/easier training runs. If you ran with my slow ass more you wouldn't have this problem. You've got 2 weeks to wind this thing down before you go hard.
