Got to the start line and realized that I left my headphones behind. I have not run a single race without them and I suck in practice unplugged. Finally caught up to Cremer at mile 5, fully expecting to lose the lead but never relinquished. I am very happy for those that PR'ed today and for those that didn't there is plenty of training to go.
