Notes
Was planning to do the treadmill upon being surpised to find out that the YMCA was not closing. Then on the way I said what the heck and I decided to brave it for a couple miles outside before planning to finish on the treadmill and run beside Doug. Ran into another crazy bastard by the pond who was finishing his 11 miler. Rob says to tell you that your a wuss Doug. Despite dodging tree limbs and running in place at times, it wasn't too bad. There were a couple of gusts that caused a little concern but once I knew my sneakers were too soaked to get on the treadmill I decided to put a few miles in. Probably not the best idea today but then again, it may hurricane in Philly. Hopefuly the rain will not be too heavy tomorrow night to run with the group. Stay safe Dad.
