Plan was 2 x (4 easy, 2.25 @ threshold), 2 easy. Pretty much stuck to plan, albeit a little fast on the second interval. Ran with Fro and met the group after the first round. Not feeling well the last two days so I had no idea if I could even complete this. Almost there.
