Ha. That's pretty good Mike. According to the report section of already ran 66 miles this week so I guess I'm good until next Monday. The intervals actually called for 4×1.5 miles at threshold but as I got going and decided to I just the interval length and still keep with the same amount of miles and rest intervals. Pretty much the same workout though. It's all Daniel's fault if this shit doesn't work.
