2 mile warmup then an extended Sanford loop of 6 miles tempo pace at an average of 6:39. Decided to stay off the track this moring since I was planning the longer tempo. Finished the last 1/2 mile on the Mousam trail. I wasn't expecting much at all here so I'm good with the result.
