Happy with the outcome, but certainly didn’t breathe well throughout. Based upon the unavailability of treadmills at the YMCA looks like I’m gonna have to find a way to run outside or just quit until the stupid governors mandate is lifted. Who the hell can run on a treadmill wearing a mask? Asthma doesn’t help at all.
Anyway good to get out with Fro and Gwen this morning, can’t believe the temperatures.
