Shamrock crew out to Gebung for three miles. Turned around to head back and picked it up, leaving the rest of the gang, as Fro and Gadman carried on for 9 total. Gwen not too far behind me, as I tried to run a decent pace for the last half. Hard to call this a tempo but it certainly felt like it.
