Notes
Wasn't real sure what I was planning on doing here but it turned out to be a 2 mile warmup followed by 2 miles @ at threshold pace, with 1/2 mile rest interval and finished with 2.5 @ threshold. Lost count of my laps on the last one so i just cashed it with an extended 2nd interval. I was out of time anyway. Starting to feel like I am getting some of it back but I need to run some longer stuff that is still fast. Perhaps a half marathon in the next couple of weeks will tell the story.
