some brief interval work with Andy this afternoon on lunch. Headwind was strong for the first half of these intervals going out towards the lake. Then we got to go back down and with a tailwind. Designed to be four minutes hard and three minutes easy. This includes a warm-up and a cooldown although the cooldown wasn't exactly that.
