Me and the Fro out for a lunchtime interval session. Plan was for a good 3 mile warm-up, then 2 x 2.25 at threshold, with a 2.25 recovery in between. Left from the bank and headed out to Gebung for most of the way. Good to get this done early and all set and ready to go for the last long on Friday.
