Treadmill or not, at least you are logging some good miles. Trying to build back up to 30 mile weeks myself.

Sorta funny you commented, I was thinking of you today as I was sloggin that last 1/2 mile and I saw the for sale sign. I was lamenting the fact that there will be no more of this amazing summer parties outdoors on the back lawn. I’m sure you’ll have no problem finding a buyer. I’ll probably be the next to join you in the sunshine state. No excuses there for you except maybe the old ladies will ask you to put your shirt back on. Happy for you guys, say hello to Mags for me.

The summer parties will just be closer to you over at Walnut Grove. I have been keeping my shirt on too, its killing me and my tan.
