Notes

"Workout" was actually scheduled for tomorrow but Lance Cremer and Tall Dave were all on surrounding TMs giving it some so I decided to swap days. 1 mile warmup @ 8:49 then 4 mins @7.03, repeat 7 times progression interval sets up to 6:40. 3 min recoveries in between and Cool down @ 8:49.
