Yeah definitely physical-lets hope it's short-lived. I've been training for this all season running my longs hungover.

Some days you force yourself to run for the sake of logging the miles and sticking to the plan, when you need to rest, throw the book to the side and just breath. A group of wise people (CN) said this to me several times over the training season.
You are ready, you will smoke that course. And when you do, you will have time for a nap after you finish while you are waiting for me to stroll in an hour later :-)
