Back Rd. loop with an add on down Federal a bit and back home. About as humid as it gets out there this morning. Second day in a row running completely fasted, just black coffee. This watch is done, the paces are showing slower than I'm actually running. I confirmed this yesterday while running with the group. It's off by about 20 secs per mile. New one on the way.
