Supposed to be 12 miles. Right knee wonky from the start. But legs and cardio could have done 20 miles easily. At 7 I was ready for wind-sprints (easy to say if you didn't really have to do them). Real bummer when John noticed I was limping. After the 7mile waterbreak my knee stiffened up and I knew it was time to go home. Too bad, really, I could have run all night.
