LK stiff and painful most of the way -- the kind the slows pace but isn't the ut-oh kind. Also, longest lifetime run. Windy. Beautiful. 70F. Ran out of water in the last leg. Used a Gu (plain) around 6mi, could have used another around 10. Also used NUUN energy tablet drink -- lime. Very tasty.
