Tempo run: 4x2mi@MP. MPG=7:15. Ran these at 7:00. Felt comfortably hard. The out was a bit downhill resulting in 6:49. The back was uphill, resulting in 7:10.
Felt a lot better than last week.
Achilles is still in the morning, but no affect on running.
