10K-relay (11x400m). Do a 400m, pass of to partner, rest, get pass from partner 400m. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Did the relay with John, so his times are my rests. Gave me about 10-15 seconds more rest than with a peer, which allowed me to fix my pace in the later intervals as I got a bit more rest.
My intervals were 'okay'. Around lap 7 I can see my time suffering. 82s until lap 7: 86, 84, 84, 83, 80.
Splits: (82?), 80, 81, 81, 82, 82, 83, 86, 84, 84, 83, 80.
Anyway, good workout. Had trouble breathing because of the lingering Cold.
