A bit harder than usual. A little bit the cold. More the red-carpet we had to run on. It's always slower. This time a bit icy too. Garmin was lying to me by 15secs. So, my paces weren't goal, but were within the workout parameters mostly. The "raw" goals are w/o conditions taken into consideration. I'm about 10sec off each. Not great, but acceptable.

2 miles at 10 mile-HMP/4-5 minute recovery/1 mile at 10K pace or
faster/ 400 recovery/ 2 miles but faster than the first two miler. You may
choose to do an “on/off” scenario for the 2 milers.
