Hard workout. Felt okay, but was working pretty hard to hit paces. Missed the 10K pace at the end because my watch told me I was at 6:05pace, but it shorted the track. I had real 6:05 if I knew I was behind; I'm not too worried.
In the last two miles I was slipping out of control a bit. I was pushing a bit beyond what I thought I should be pushing. It wasn't "racing" but the effort might cost me a bit of Saturday.
Sure was happy to finish.

2,3 = HMP-10 mile pace/ miles 4,5 = 10 mile and possibly faster! Start with 1
mile on the road (start on finish line on track and head up to “x” on sidewalk)/
2 miles on track or magic carpet/ 1 mile back out on sidewalk/ finish with 2
miles on track or magic carpet.
