Was going to race a 10k today, but yesterday's failed Tempo set me back. Decided instead to get a good night sleep. Today's 6mi was supposed to be "steady". Not really sure what that means, but 8:15 seemed steady. Not sure I could have gone any faster without racing it. Pace felt okay. Certainly better than yesterday, when I was dragging that piano.
