5x1mi@10mi->10k pace (400m rec). Over dressed (on purpose). Lot harder than the weeks before. The 2nd mile felt like the 4th. My legs felt heavy, I think from the weekend hard run. Still, we hit our paces. I just didn't feel like flying at the end like the other days. Hamstring felt fine.
