This was a lot more work than it should be. I'm really feeling the time off here. Used to be that 5mi was a joke run. Now, I can't wait until it finishes. Fortunately, my Achilles felt fine, though the foot is still weak.
The summer heat has also made itself known -- at the end of my run my feet were getting hot in my shoes.
