1mi @ 10K, 3x30sec hills, 4x800 @ 5K (400m recovery), 3x30sec hills, 2mi @10miler.
In the cool weather I felt very strong today. The track workouts have been feeling rather easy lately, so I took the liberty of picking up the pace for the last sets. The last 800 I just felt great. Just free-wheeling. The 2miler also felt good. I kept with the pack for 7laps, then just took off at a pace that felt comfortable. I was moving but my breathing was light and my form was in complete control.
Most of the day I felt like I was holding back.
