:) 3@AHR warmup, 3 @ slower than MP, 3x3 @ MP, 3 @ HMP, 1 cooldown. 2min jog between each set.
Garmin died just as 9th MP mile was completing. Did HMP by feel. Felt like 5K pace, but I knew it wasn't. I knew the distance for the course.
Very happy with the workout. Most of my MP miles are around 7:07, instead of the goal 7:15. I was working for it, though and that gives me pause. Makes me wonder if I can keep 7:15 for 26.
HMP miles felt strong, though.
