5miles, 1,2,3 at Race-start pace. Used the uphill road to simulate the hill. Had trouble keeping it to 8min pace, but the 2nd mile felt harder than it should. Probably because I wasn't warmed up enough for 7:00 pace.
Still over-dressed (on purpose). Was soaked after the run finished.
