2 warm-up then 6mi AHR (7:50), then 4xhill repeats.
Tired all day. Quality of sleep was very poor. Work up to my wife's cellphone alarm on vibrate . . . only it wasn't; she was snoring. ;) Took a 20min nap before going out. Legs were stiff. Forgot to foam roll them. Eventually loosened up around mile 6.
