Ran with the big kids.
My objective was to hang with the big kids. I think I did a bit better than that. The workout wasn't really that hard. The pace was fast. But I could have done 2 more sets easily.

track followed by 800 (at 5K pace or faster) off the track with a 2-3 minute jog
