2x3x300m at 5:00 pace (55.5 sec), with 90sec recovery, 2min recovery between sets.
This was harder than I hoped it would be. The first interval was the roughest. But even after I got used to the pace I started huffing and puffing after 200m. I could probably keep this pace for an 800, but I don't think for the whole mile.
Might need to reset my expectations for the upcoming race.
