Felt great and easy. 5x1200 @ HMP->10mi pace. 60sec rest.
The 60s rest was interesting. I felt recovered. The workout paces were a bit slow, which is why I ended up doing closer to 5K pace. The cold didn't bother me at all, though the track was a bit slick.
