Notes
First run with the Marathon Training Program. Found a nice group to run with: Brian, Patrick, Chase(?) and Beth(?).
First run since Wed that actually felt okay. Not as fast as I would have liked, but considering the heat I think it's just fine. Running with people helped. Water stops with _cold_ water helped even more (most of the fountains around town run hot, now).
Socks got soaked -- need to remember vasiline.
