Felt pretty good this morning, despite drinking too much and eating pizza at 11:30 the night before. Feel very heavy, because I am.
Pelvis issue is never a problem when running fast, though my left leg-lifting muscle is strained. The workout was hard in the high humidity, but I'm pretty happy with the results.
Workout: 2x800 (5K pace), 3x600, 4x400, 1mile (marathon pace).
The last mile was supposed to be at 5K pace, but we were all pretty beat. So, we opted for a mile at MP (instead of one 800m). I wasn't pushing too hard until the last lap, which I ran a 90% effort.
I'm pretty happy that I kept running the intervals faster through the progression.
