Followed the workout exactly.
7-8 miles as follows: 2 miles as close to the pace you will be running
for the first 2 miles of your marathon next week/ 4 x 4 minutes at MP with a 1
minute jog in between each/ 3 x 3 minutes at HMP with a 1 minute jog in between
each/2 x 2 minutes at 10 mile-10K pace with a 30 second jog in between each/cool
down a half to full mile at AHR. Flatter course please! NOTE: Do NOT run any faster than my suggested paces as this is a “simulator” run
