Interval relay: (600m(A), 600m(B), 400m(A), 400m(B)) x 5. So basically, you rest when your partner is running. Brian and I lead the pack, beating out the Seal team -- we broke them after the 2nd set.

Definitely went out too fast for the first two sets. We raced it -- pushed by the Seal team. Surprised I had any left for the rest. Not very consistent. Certainly not "paced" runs.
