Ran in the middle of the day because I needed the sleep. Rather exhausted lately due to emotional and work stresses.
This was 2x2mi @ MP. "MP" ended up around 7:05, which is probably where I am right now. But after the run was finished, so was I. The run back is all up hill and I just wasn't up for it.
