OKay, the goal here was just to frigg'n get to 20miles. My long runs have been pretty crappy this training season, as I'm still recovering from the Nov marathon. I ran 18 a few weeks ago and it felt like my body was battered. I ran 9 last weekend and had to stop it was so bad. So, I just wanted to run this one at a slow pace and make the distance. Achieved.

I rolled my left calf and I think that made my clubby foot feel better. It didn't bug me until after the run so I RICEd it.
