I'm not too keen about contaminating my run log with random swimming stuff, so I'll probably delete this in a week.
This was my 'rest' day from running. I thought the pool might be empty in the afternoon.
100 lengths in the ACAC pool. First time wet in about 2 years. Amazing what a good cardio base can do for you in another sport. Easy laps. 2,500 meters. Probably WAY over-did it. Felt great, though. The only reason I stopped was because someone wanted to share my lane again (for the 3rd time in an hour).
Top 4 things I hate about swimming:
#1 sharing a lane.
#2 swimmer's ear
#3 chlorine
#4 losing count of laps.
Top 3 things I love:
#1 empty pool - preferably with salt-water and low lighting
#2 easy on the joints!!
#3 girls in racing suits
